A huge problem, and one that is very hard to deal with.

They think that they are "helping" the animals, but cannot see the harm they are inflicting.

Clearly, for them to live in such messy and deplorable places, they are past being reasonable.

I hate to think of the animals, who have no power, being abused in this manner.
