Anne, this article is awesome! Right up my alley, which is all about improving the environment to encourage pollinators.

This idea of the German farms fallow fields being given over to Phacelia and sunflowers is really super. It would be great if that would happen here, but the factory farms are unlikely to be cooperative.

Really interesting about Phacelia. I knew about Borage and try to plant some every year for the bees, which absolutely love it. I will hunt for Phacelia seeds and plant it in my special pollinator area.
