Did NOT turn out well. The dough eventually rose, but was WAAAAAAY to sticky to be handled, let alone divided and rolled. You said 2 large bananas but I have a feeling the two I got were too big and the mix was too liquid.

So, I manhandled the very soft dough into sections, but rolling them was not an option. I left them to rise in a warm place, under a cloth. they rose some, after an hour i put them in the 375 oven for 20 — cooked great but did not rise any more. Left them cooling under a cloth on a rack — will see how they are tomorrow.

Cleaning the sticky dough off my hands and the bowls took longer than making them.
