Too often people lean on others for favours, and are generally under appreciative of the person asked.

A few years ago I worked for a client who had written a book called "Just say "no" " centered on this very subject.

I learned a lot from reading it. I also made her very mad at me. She asked me to pick up her dog poop in the garden after I pointed out to her that there was a lot of it, and that we do not work in those conditions. I said "no". I explained that we were gardeners and it was not on our list of garden tasks to do that. Apparently she had not read her own book.

I really want to get a tee shirt that says "No More Mr.Nice Guy"
