Fawlty Towers!!!! Yes. Loved it. We once did a New Years Eve marathon, watching all the episodes. Sadly Bruce and I fell asleep before we had finished and our young friend who had brought the collection over was quite disgusted with us.

Seinfeld is a huge fave. We have the collection and watch it whenever we are feeling really moody.

But before before TV there was radio and the Goon show, Much Binding in the Marsh and more. We didn't have a TV and I was always glued to the radio listening to some of these hilarious shows.

I love British humour and how they can laugh at themselves as well as the rest of the world. Nowdays, no one dares to say boo and so-called humour is no longer funny.

Thanks for reminding me of John Cleese and company. Got some of the biggest laughs from Fawlty towers.

I also used to love Peter Cooke and Dudley Moore. what a great pair.
