And very true that a smile can change someones' day. I had that shown to me today when I went to buy garden soil at a local store. The lady at the cash was very harried and irritated because she was trying to train a very bored looking teenager. When i arrived at the counter she looked at me in a resigned way, but i gave her my best smile and asked her how she was doing. It was as if the sun had just shone on her. Her whole demanour chnaged and she started to look happier. Gave me a big smile back.
