Good plan to get advice from ones vet.

One small prob is that several of the biggies in the pet food industry give large amounts of money to the professional association that the vets belong to — at least here in Canada.

I trust our vet, but still do a lot of digging about what is in the food etc. If I don’t like something about a food she recommends, we talk about it. Currently I am giving our remaining cat a supplement which seems to be really helping her fur and disposition.

But definitely not taking random advice from non-acredited people. Too darn many self-proclaimed experts.
