Great photos of this attractive plant, Susan. I had an elderly client some years ago that had stashed the basement over the winter. Every spring, once the really cold days were past, she would have us drag it up from the basement and bury the pot in a partially shady spot in her bac garden.

It flowed relentlessly through the mild months, then come October we would have to unbury it, and drag it does the narrow and rickety basement steps to the basement. I hated that plant passionately.😼
