So far, I have resisted Mediums' pay thing. I like to write, I like to make new friends here, I like to read good and funny stuff. the only time I got paid to write was when I was a tech writer and what big bloody boreTHAT was.

Here I write because I can. Because i love to. If someone else enjoys it, that is fine by me and I'm happy.
