I know, it’s maddening. All one can do is continue to chip away. Remind people of the issues and do what one can.

I suffer from manic depression but stopped taking the pills because of the bad other effects they had on me. Instead I studied dietary changes and have it pretty much under control. The pills made me like a zombie.
