I know that idiots that refuse to clean up their dog poop are disgusting, but your description of this issue was very amusing and entertaining.

We some alternately stupid people in our 'hood. They do pick up the poop, but then they toss the bags of poop on the sidewalk, on the road, or on peoples' lawns. And meantime they had to walk past multiple garbage cans, so WTF?

One of these morons chose our front lawn for this purpose. I found out who it was, collected multiple bags from assorted areas, delivered them to his front door with a note. "I think these belong to you.". The bag dropping suddenly stopped.
