That Cardinal looks quite pleased with himself. Our Cardinals hang around all year, but at this time of the year they begin to get mean with each other. I notice the territory wars have started already.
Those deer are pretty bold!
We do get deer around here, but usually in the park or in the adjacent golf course. I do not think any have been spotted around the houses.
