You should look up a U.S. based company called Insect shield. they have awesome bug repellent stuff, including these great socks which are treated and which repel ticks etc. They sometimes have their products on Amazon, but mainly direct from them.

I have 6 pairs of the socks so I can wash them and never run out!!
