It takes courage to acknowledge an issue like autism, and to accept it.

Almost without exception, the young folks that I have hired over the years to help me in my landscape biz, suffer from or another form of autism. To me it is a benefit, since once I teach them how I want things done they are unstoppable in getting it done. The have all benefitted from working with plants and soil.

People are foolish not to appreciate you, because you will bring benefits to the job, if you are given things to do that you enjoy and understand.
