Janin, as a person who is a “problem solver”, in my past bus life I ran into Gary many times. Just take care that he doesn’t figure out a way to get rid of you. It sounds to me as if you have made him feel very insecure and it sounds as if he has developed a big dislike for you. A poisoned work environment results and you will get more and more stressed. Not good for you.
