Amusing to learn of the new rules. I always felt that relieving yourself in the sea or on the beach was REALLY rude.

The only rules we had in the '50s was regarding swimwear. Men must wear vests and shorts could not be too short, ladies had to wear one-piece costumes with little skirts. There were enforcers with yardsticks to measure.
