Medium and Links to Drafts
These no longer work
I am presently working on an article about a 1970s band. There was some information I needed to have verified by their present manager.
Accordingly — I emailed her the link to the draft, only to get an email back from her saying she couldn’t access it because she is not a member (not for want of trying — she has made assorted attempts to join).
Bottom line — she could not access the draft to read it.

I read the article and noted that I had followed all the steps outlined. I also noted that various responses to this piece suggested that other people have had the same experience.
Now, I get that Medium is basically running on fumes, and things must be even worse due to the current pandemic situation, but someone has been in the code tweaking things from time to time, so maybe they could look into this particular glitch.
While they are at it, they may want to look into problems occurring with joining Medium.
