Bindweed is DIABOLICAL.

I'm not sure the stuff in the photo is really Crabgrass. Similar. But not exact.

Purslane is definitely edible. I have used it in salads.

I think you will find the hairy mystery plant is a type of thistle. I think it might be a Creeping Thistle.
