Pam, this cake is not Keto, but it does fit into our diet guidelines which requre a keto-like approach to food. Our dietician calls it the 80-20 diet. 80 percent of the time we avoid sugar/starch etc./ 20 % we can have something bad.

This cake is actually okay by our diet guy because of the large percentage of protein powder, the reduced sugar, and the reduced flour.
