Seema, my top pick is the Shell Ginger. Just sweet.

We actual have a Redbud. They are not completely hardy in this zone, but some survive. I knew they are a l3gume, but not that they are edible.

The paper whites, are, I agree a wonderful and welcome site in the spring. So dainty.

I love the Camellia shot. They are gorgeous. Tea? I was not aware you could make tea.

I used to have a quince bush at the previous house. The fruits are very sour but I found that they make a great substitute for apples in savoury stuffing. Of course they can be made into quince jam and jelly. In Portugal these two sweets were popular to serve on crisp white rolls eaten with Cafe au Lsit. As a child, I found the jam was too strongly flavoured, and much preferred the jelly.
