You should follow the cops advice and get a restraining order on her. It would give her a lesson that she has probably never had. Yes, she most likely has issues, but this needs to stop before she escalates, or in somewat manages to harm you.

When I was a bill collector, we used to hassle people who wouldn't pay, but that we knew could pay. We once ordered 50 pizzas to be delivered to this one guy. Another time, we got one of our pals who had a dump truck to dump a load of rocks in front of the guys gate. Whoopsy!
