Terrific piece, Debbie. I enjoyed your descriptions of moving through the various phases of “letting go”. I am very happy for you that this was a successful expeirence and has been of benefit.
I have tried a small amount of self-healing with Yoga and meditation. Unfortunately, my need to be full control at all times prevents me from letting go. However, at least I finally under stand how my mind works!
