I decided to go public after seeing one too many persons, much younger than myself, hobbling around the grocery store, leaning heavily on their shopping carts, bent over horribly, puffing and groaning from the slightest activity.
I find that if I do not stay active, my joints really do start to become less mobile.
I keep salt and sugar to a minimum and try to take in 250 ml serving of raw juice (carrot, apple and celery) every day.
