Well, we have had a very long, warm September and a warm first part of October too, so I expect that has helped a lot. Some of those plants do actually produce late flowers, especially the Nippon Daisies which do not begin to flower until the beginning of October.

By the way, I had not intended to submit two articles in such short order, but the second one has been in the works for several weeks and I get very forgetful, so thought I had better submit it sooner rather than later.
