That’s a really good description “bobbing along the murky river of emotions …”. So true — Manic Depression is particularly irritating in that one can see it coming, and yet, have no power to resist, so that the current can sometimes carry one away.

I love that we CAN discuss things here. I love that one can write stuff and know that someone is going to read it and that it might help or at least encourage someone.

I have been hesitant to fully express some of the feelings I have because it’s sometimes difficult to accept that one has feelings like that.
