I think a lot of the issues with our health care system is that they try to be all things to all people and fail.

Because our system is "free' , it gets abused, especially by the immigrant population who never had access to anything where they come from.

People come into emerge with a spliter in their finger, or a minor cut, then serious cases are neglected due to lack of proper administration and bad staffing.
