Curiously, I too am getting acupuncture, and have naturopath dr who is also into Tcm, and is a registered acupuncturist. I am very interested in Take off your glasses and see.

I am going try to get off the meds they want me to take as soon as possible, for one thing, they give me horrible side effects.

I have a really good regimen of rehab. Exercises, which I am following avidly. I do not expect miracles, but seem to making really good progress.😐
