Of course we should slow down, and take the time to see what is going on around us, take in the beauty, take in life.

Speed bumps only annoy me because they get placed due to people who are never interested in slowing down and believe that the speed limits apply to everyone else.

Recently, in our part of Mississauga, speed bumps have been appearing all over the place along with greatly reduced speed limits. The people who usually speed, continue to do so, paying little heed to the bumps (they are usually driving honking big SUVs so hardly notice)
