Have you ever tried Farro? It has a nice jolt of protein and makes a great side, or even a complete meal.
There is an amazing ayurdvic soup made with cauliflour, chick peas, lentils, coconut milk, onions and butternut squash or sweet potatoes. Let me know if you want the recipe. Really tasty and very healthy and filling.
