True but requires a lot of strength to accomplish. The fear of failure is a big disincentive for some, and the fear of being laughed at is another.

For me, failure to make the thing come out as I had hoped is the most likely reason to prevent me from trying something else, also artistic, but in a different area.

So far I have had modest success in music. Have written some songs I feel are good and came out the way I had hoped and planned. But do not have the dedication to take it further.

The drawing and painting, not so much. I dabble in pen and ink sketching and in computer art (NOT AI)

The photography is acceptable to me for my own purposes.

The creation of gardens for myself and others has been a fantastic creative outlet and one with which I am truly content.
