Unbelievable! What a total jerk, She should not be teaching, she should not even be driving.

Here in Canada, the things we have to do top get a drivers licence are not even close to what the Estonians go through, but one thing is for sure - very few people respect the speed limits.

In my opinion if you disobey the speed limit your licence should be removed and you should go to jail.
