Well, Jasmine, your dilemma is a very nasty one.

As a bird lover, you are clearly distressed by the bad conditions in which these poor birds live. I totally get this. Personally, I am very much against caged animals of any type for our entertainment.

On the other hand, in the case of the escaped bird, will it be kinder to let her be free when you know her chances of survival are really low, or better to call the park managers to get her back to her cage, where she has her mate, and will at least get fed (and be safe from molestation by stupid people, and safe from animal predators.)

I think because she will not be able to survive on her own, it will be better in this instance, to get a park manager to put her back.
