Sadly, we no longer have a dog, just a pussy cat, so no nice walks for us. We still go out for walks, but its just not the same.

We stay as fit as we can, but do not get too uptight about it. Funny you mentioned Bday cake - I just made an amazingly yummy chocolate b-day one that is also healthy and loaded with protein. I will be publishing an article featuring it and the recipe soon
