I share your enjoyment of Bougainvillea. We had it on trellis in Portugal.

I had no clue that the Thunbergia vine came in blue. I know it in the yellow form, with a black centre. Not hardy for us here. I read that the blue version is found inAusralia where it is considered to be bad for stream and river banks.
