I love this time of the year, when all the birds are out and about, doing nest builds, flirting, searching for food, etc.

That pretty Grosbeak is a really nice capture. We have not seen this bird around here, although some of the neighbours have.

I love that the goldfinches and chicadees have a great time eating the seeds on my echinaceas, which I leave untrimmed until early June.
