…ntense that the water is causing flooding in the south. IN THE SOUTH! Because it never rains there, the land is so arid and barren that it simply doesn’t absorb the rain, and it slides down the streets, taking everything it detects in front of it.

Yes. A huge problem. Here in Canada, big floods happened in C and a lot of the destruction can be balmed on clear cutting old forest to make way for roads to mines and such
