You have NO idea how enraged this type of behaviour makes me.

I have a very elderly pair of clients (90s) who have a neighbour who is a real jerk.

They have been encroaching on my clients property for the past three years, and even used a buldozer to make a pathway ON MY CLIENTS' side.

My clients are the types to turn the other cheek and never retalliate. While they were away at their cottage this past summer I contacted the by-law department of our city and reported the jerk neighbour.

I have NO trouble calling the by-law people anytime I see one of my clients being bullied by a neighbour. This seems to be a common thing.

Your neighbour sounds like a piece of work that I would leave no stone unturned to get back at.

It is so dumb to antagonize good neighbours.

You should let a hint fall that you plan to sell and the buyers are a group of hippies who will be having a commune. Or a Mexican drug cartel. Or a family who have a motorcyle hobby and have weekly parties for the gang.
